Fresenius Kidney Care of San Diego is a large remodel project within an operational OSHPD 3 facility. The project scope includes 9,556 SF tenant improvement, converting an existing shell space into a new OSHPD 3 dialysis and infusion clinic. The space includes eight treatment infusion bays and eight in-home training and exam rooms.
